The games

Free to play in your browser, for personal enjoyment, with no account and no payment. They are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind — if a puzzle eats an afternoon, that is the intention, and if a bug eats one, write to hello@freetextadventures.com and it will be fixed.

The writing

The text, stories, puzzles and code of these games are original work and remain the property of their author. You are welcome to quote from them, write about them, stream or record yourself playing them, and link to them. You may not republish a game wholesale, host a copy elsewhere, or sell them.

Your saves

Stored on your own device. They are yours, and we cannot recover them if you clear them.

Availability

No guarantee of uptime is offered or implied. The games are static files and will generally outlive the fashion that replaces them.
